We know there’s a startup out there sending lots of emails to attorneys (SPAM?) and really trying to get your attention. We can’t help but wonder, however, at their own website’s offering of support: “Standard Support is available M-F 9-5 ET. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply.”
If you have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response during normal business hours, then what good is it? And their fees are considerably more than ours! We once had a two-hour response, but it was on a Sunday night – and we’ll work to do better at that!
We’ve been providing live immediate phone support for over 20 years and have added after-hours support via our online forum. Making sure you get the help you need when you need it is extremely important to us and is one of the things you pay for with your standard subscription to BankruptcyPRO, Jubilee, or I-Got-Notices. We don’t charge extra for “premium support” just so you can actually – maybe — get some help and talk to someone.
