Included in the price of our software is a year of technical support. We want you to be fully satisfied with our products and help you fully utilize their potential. Technical Support representatives can help you with any technical questions about updates and features in BankruptcyPRO®, I-Got-Notices®, and DoingTIME®.
Our customer support hotline is available to licensed users Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CST. Our number is (210) 561-5300. Customer support is also available via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers requesting support via e-mail are asked to include their firm’s name, a contact name and number in case a LegalPRO representative needs to call and discuss the problem. We also welcome comments and suggestions from customers about our software.
You’ll find valuable information on our forums. You can ask questions and/or post answers and share tips about BankruptcyPRO, DoingTIME and I-Got-Notices. You can sign in with your Google account or with several social media logins, or register by e-mail to create a user ID. Stop by and check it out. We would love to have your input.
At LegalPRO, we value all our customers and want each of them to have the best and most up-to-date software available. Because that is our goal, we continually add enhancements, new features and capabilities, and streamline each product. Software updates are also issued when changes are made in court forms.
Since we keep the software up-to-date continually, we suggest you renew your product licenses yearly. The annual renewal includes an annual maintenance package, which includes ongoing technical support and automatic updates at no additional charge. If you choose not to renew your license or purchase a maintenance package, you will no longer be eligible for technical support and software updates.
