Included in the price of our software is one year of technical support and updates. We want you to be fully satisfied with our products and help you fully utilize their potential. Technical Support representatives can help you with any technical questions about updates and features in Jubilee®BankruptcyPRO®, I-Got-Notices®, and DoingTIME®.

Customers requesting support via e-mail are asked to include their firm’s name, a contact name and number in case a LegalPRO representative needs to call and discuss the problem. We also welcome comments and suggestions from customers about our software.

Annual Renewal

Annual support renewal licenses are available to continue your receiving technical support and updates.

If you choose not to renew your license, your LegalPRO programs will continue to operate, but with limited functionality: e.g., you will not be able to add new cases in BankruptcyPRO; you will not be able to download new mail or enter new events on the calendar within I-Got-Notices; or you will not be able to enter new transactions in DoingTIME.

We recommend you keep your license current to help ensure that you are not only compliant with the ever-changing Bankruptcy Code and Official Forms requirements, but you’ll also get all the new features as soon as they become available.

Software Updates

At LegalPRO, we value all our customers and want each of them to have the best and most up-to-date software available. Because that is our goal, we continually add enhancements, new features and capabilities, and streamline each product. Software updates are also issued when changes are made in court forms.

Since we keep the software up-to-date continually, we suggest you renew your product licenses yearly. The annual renewal includes an annual maintenance package, which includes ongoing technical support and automatic updates at no additional charge. If you choose not to renew your license or purchase a maintenance package, you will no longer be eligible for technical support and software updates.
