BankruptcyPRO® version 9.1.41 released this week now includes the New York Northern District Chapter 13 Plan. To select the new plan click on the Plans 2 Tab on the Printer Icon.
In regard to Export/Import Case, we have added support for Dropbox, Google Drive and Microsoft SkyDrive if any of them are installed.
CAUTION: While Dropbox, Google Drive, and Microsoft SkyDrive are well-suited to use for exporting/importing BankruptcyPRO cases, we do NOT recommend moving your entire data directory to any of them. Synchronization can cause serious corruption in the files and we will be unable to recover your data if this occurs.
Previous updates include:
- Updated Utah Chapter 13 Plan which went into effect July 1, 2012.
- Updated the Southern District of Texas Plan to include new required language. Also added a new user-defined class, “Class8″, should users need to force a secured creditor into Paragraph 8.
- Added page headers and redacted Social Security Numbers when printing Case Summary. Redaction is turned on by default.
