By automatically clicking on your free look link, I-Got-Notices® saves you tons of staff (or your) time. No human has to click on the link manually and then Click on File, Save As, and then navigate to a folder, and then then name a document. Grabbing and saving the PDFs can all be handled for you automatically so you can do the real work.
Again, you won’t pay staff to do the tedious work of saving the notices. And you won’t pay PACER either. The notices saved by I-Got-Notices are stored on your system and are yours to keep!
Surprises are not always a good thing. A call from the court about your non-attendance at a hearing is a really bad surprise. I-Got-Notices can certainly help you avoid/or handle those surprises by providing a mechanism to track those dates (and any others). You can synchronize the dates with your Google® calendar so even your smart phone can remind you. You can set up sequenced events and reminders in relation to dates so you can keep yourself on track with extra advance warnings.
But that’s not all I-Got-Notices does. While it’s saving you from those surprises, it’s also receiving your ECF notices and proofs of claim. When I-Got-Notices receives your Proofs of Claim, it extracts the creditor-provided addresses and claim amounts. The addresses are helpful in many ways.
First of all, they are PROVIDED BY THE CREDITORS! This could well mean those addresses are good noticing addresses. If you also have BankruptcyPRO®, the addresses are readily available in your cases. If you don’t have BankruptcyPRO, you can use the copy-to-clipboard function to use the addresses in your other filing software.
A claim filed by a creditor for an amount much higher than scheduled is probably not a good surprise either. I-Got-Notices makes it easy to print a claim register for a case directly from the Creditors Tab under the Case Tab in I-Got-Notices — thus saving you another trip to PACER. I-Got-Notices also compiles a list of all the claims filed by each creditor across cases. So if you want to see in which cases a particular creditor has filed claims, you’re just a couple of clicks away. This list is also printable for reference.
